Thanks for your interest in doing business! The following worksheet acts as a guide, providing you the opportunity to share your vision for the project we will be working on together. The more information you can provide, the better I’ll be able to respond and create effectively.
Please take the time to answer each question in a clear and concise manner. I know that each member of your team may have different visions for the project, so I recommend completing this worksheet as a group. It's the best way to capture all of your valuable opinions!

Format / Deliverables Needed:*

Primary Audiences:*
Who are they? What are their interests? What should be avoided in talking to these audiences? (Oh... and please don't say EVERYONE. Thanks.)

Tone & Image:*
Minimalist and clean? Elegant? Sleek and sexy? Funny and casual? Cautionary? Joyful? Humbling? What do your target audiences "believe" before you communicate with them? What tone and imagery will be most effective at reaching them? Do you have any specific visual goals?

Marketing Messages:
If you’re marketing something, prioritize the top features and/or facts about the program, product, service or organization you’re promoting, and its value to your target audiences. Outline how it compares to the competition. What’s the one sentence that summarizes its unique value? Other key points?

I have plenty of experience here. If you need help with your budget, I'm happy to council. Please be as clear as possible with your projects needs and time frame. Minimum of $250 for creative consultation. If you hire me to complete your project, this fee is waived.

Has a budget been approved? When must the message get to the target audience for greatest impact? The more accurate the better. I need you're help so we don't overstretch your resources.

Process:*
Who is the point person on your team's side? What is the review/approval process? Who will sign off on final execution?
